Working Together for Women Survivors of Conflict
Dawn Marie Lemonds, formerly Soroptimist International Programme Director and;Quadrennial Project Liaison 2003-7, writes about the partnership with Women for Women International (WFWI),an organization that;supports women in war-torn regions with financial and emotional aid, job-skills training, rights education and small business assistance so they can rebuild their lives.Soroptimist International worked with WFWI;for the Quadrennial Project Project Independence - Women Survivors of War;and in the;"Join me on the Bridge" initiative on International Women's Day 2010-12.

How to Navigate CSW57-Orientation Session

First timers and long timers like me crammed into the orientation session presented by the CSW (Commission on the Status of Women) committee. This session is always provided to us to help us understand what is going on during the two weeks at CSW and to help us each navigate our journeys. Hopefully this will help you walk with us here and also monitor or do " your bit" from your armchair or office at home.
