Soroptimist International of Santa Ana Tustin
|
Our service club is part of an international volunteer service organization made up about 95,000 members in almost 120 countries. Founded in 1921 by 80 women in Oakland, California, the club is made up of business and professional women at all stages of life trying to make a difference for women on both a local and global level. The name “Soroptimist” itself means “ best for women” from two Latin words— “soror” and “optimia”.
The Santa Ana-Tustin club has been in continuous service since 1947.
